Minimum order for certified customers is $75 (before shipping & taxes)

We honor PMC Guild,  Rio Rewards, PMC Connection, PMC Guild, and Art Clay Society certificates.  Please do not apply if you are not certified.  Read below for a quick preview of what we need for your to register.  Please contact us with any questions!

STEP 1:

Click on "My Account" in the top right corner of the website.

STEP 2:
Under "New Customers" click on the Continue Button.

STEP 3:
Enter your email address and desired password (6 character minimum).

STEP 4:
Enter your shipping info.  In order for us to know you are registering for a certified account, please include "-CERTIFIED" after your company name as illustrated below.




STEP 5:
Almost done, we need your proof of certification or an email from you letting us know that you are a current certified customer.  Keep reading...  Oh, but check out your cool account page where you have the option to save your payment info, shipping info, view your order history and more!

EXISTING CERTIFIED CUSTOMERS:
Please send us a quick email after you have registered asking us to activate you for CERTIFIED STATUS.  Otherwise we have no idea of knowing you are requesting certified access.

NEW CERTIFIED CUSTOMERS (that have never sent proof of business):

STEP 7:
You should receive an email from us in 1 to 2 business days.  If you haven't heard from us on the 3rd business day after registration, please contact us.


CERTIFIED NOTES:
Once you receive your registration acceptance email, you will be able to log into the site as a certified customer and your certified pricing will be displayed.  Due to the "commodity" nature of our industry, some prices may be the same as retail or reflect only a small discount.

TAXES:
If you are outside of the state of Texas you will not have to pay sales tax.  However, if you are in Texas and wish not to pay sales tax, you will need to email, fax or mail us a copy of your proof of tax exemption.
