You will be presented with multiple options including flat and free shipping methods if you are in the U.S. and meet the order requirements. You can check shipping options and rates anytime by simply clicking on the "View Bag" button and then use the "Calculate Shipping Rates" feature.
How do I qualify for free or flat rate shipping?
All orders shipping to U.S. addresses will be presented the option for $5 flat rate shipping on all products. Orders over $150 for all customers will be have a free shipping option during checkout. Additional shipping methods including expedited services will be available as well (see details below).
How do you ship free and flat rate orders?
We choose the least cost method for shipping by these methods. They will ship ground by UPS or USPS depending on the product mix ordered and delivery time will vary depending on carrier. Most orders will ship via USPS and will most likely take a few days longer to arrive than other available shipping options presented during checkout.
How are other shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on the actual charges of the carrier and service you select. Once you have filled your cart, you will be able to check shipping rates before submitting your order. We DO NOT add a packing or handling fee!
How do I know my order was received?
After submitting your order, a confirmation of your order will be emailed to you.
Can I track my order?
Tracking information will be provided for orders shipped via UPS. Orders shipping via USPS will not receive tracking information, but we will have proof of delivery in most cases.
How quickly do you ship?
To allow for packing time we process all orders received before noon and do our best to get them out the same day or the next for in stock items. Most orders are shipped in 1-3 business days by the shipping method you choose. For expedited shipping methods such as Next Day, 2nd Day, 3 Day Select, etc, we strive to ship those out the within one business day and the same day when possible. Please keep this in mind when ordering and choosing an expedited shipping method. You can also review the map below to see the estimated number of days you are away from us via UPS. Orders shipped by USPS will vary in delivery time based not only on distance, but also on service chosen, so no map or estimated travel time is provided.
What if I need my order in a hurry?
If you need your order expedited and must have it by a certain date, please call us at 800.388.2001 to discuss the best option to get your order to you when you need it!
Is my order automatically insured?
Orders that are shipped USPS Priority mail are insured and trackable. If you select an expedited UPS shipping method, your shipment will also be insured and trackable.
Claims for loss or damage on insured shipments via the USPS does NOT cover reimbursement of any original shipping costs paid by the customer and the customer assumes this risk. It can take up to 30 days for a claim to be paid by the USPS.
UPS claims DO include reimbursement for any shipping costs paid by the customer.
